Education
Masters degree in any discipline
Candidate having MPH / advanced training in hospital management will be added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate & Supervise of all hospital activities, specially support services like Supply Chain Management, HR & Admin, Hospitality Services, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Laundry, Customer Services and Call Centre. Manage the day to day operations and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.
Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the Hospital.
Work with the Chairman/CEO to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies of the hospital.
Update and maintain all legal documents of Hospital timely.
Corresponding with respective Government authorities about compliance issues.
Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses.
Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed.
Make reports and submit them to the Chairman/CEO or the other Management Staff.
You will assist to Chairman/CEO to necessary restructuring if necessary with proper approval form management to deliver efficient service day and night.
Keeps the higher authority fully informed on the condition of hospital and on all the important factors influencing it. Such as identifies problems and opportunities and addresses them; brings those which are appropriate to the management and facilitates discussion and deliberation.
Inform Management about trends, issues, problems and activities in order to facilitate policy-making.
Promotes programs and services that are produced in a cost-effective manner, employing economy while maintaining an acceptable level of quality.
To ensure the quality service especially for the Non clinical part you will take appropriate initiatives for the development of the concerned staff.
Plans and implements programs. Establishes strong and appropriate relationships with Board, Committees, Staff and Clients. Develops smooth and constructive relationships with executive colleagues, outside agencies, organizations and individuals.
Plans and meets deadlines. Maintains work schedule to meet the demands of executive management.
Assures the filling of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant Laws and regulations.
Initiates, develops and maintains cooperative relationships with key areas.
Fulfill duties as assigned the Chairman/CEO.
